Situated on the beautiful Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun is widely recognised as the world leader in character education. We have a co-educational community of over 500 students aged from 6-18, who are predominantly full boarding and are drawn from over 40 countries.
We are looking for someone to join the Finance and HR team who has previous accounts office experience. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have high level numeracy skills combined with solid communication and IT capability. While full training will be given, previous experience of systems using OCR technology would be an advantage.
You will undertake a variety of work but will predominantly track purchase invoices through our cloud-based system, ensuring authorisation is obtained, supplier statements are reconciled and payment runs are completed. Managing expense claims, credit control and reconciliations will also be required.
The role is suitable for home working although there will be occasions where reasonable travel to the campus will be required.
Previous experience in a similar role. GCSE/Higher/National 5 Maths and English at grade C or higher.
